HAARP is a live album and video by English alternative rock band Muse, released on 17 March 2008 in the United Kingdom
and April 1, 2008 in the United States.

The CD documents the band's performance at London's Wembley Stadium on 16 June 2007, while the DVD contains 20 tracks from the performance on 17 June. The total number of audiences watching the band's shows on the 16th and 17 June 2007 was 180,000 (150,000 seated and 30,000 standing).

It was named the 40th greatest live album of all time by NME in 2010. 

The band also won best live act.

This first full live album (discounting 2002's part-studio 'Hullabaloo') from the epic Devonshire prog rockers is the follow-up to 2006's hugely successful studio set 'Black Holes And Revelations'. Recorded at their massive Wembley Stadium shows in June 2007, this CD/DVD package captures the band, who have always been renowned for their live work, in blistering form. The title, too, becomes Muse's reputation - HAARP is the US military's High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program, which has long been a bete noire of conspiracy theorists everywhere.
